Summary about the social insurance law:
Social insurance is organized by the provisions of the law no. 79 for the year 1975 and the amendments on its provisions no. 107 for the year 1987, 14 for the year 1990, 30 for the year 1992, 204 for the year 1994, 207 for the year 1994, 94 for the year 1998, 12 for the year 2000, 86 for the year2000 and 19 for the year 2001 and then the law no. 135 for the year 2010 was issued by the name insurance and pensions law and it contained radical amendments to the articles of the above mentioned laws regarding the social insurance and pensions in Egypt.
